We require your complete registration information as stated on the Site, including a valid email address, in order fulfill any customer requests. Registration for our Allocation or Mailing lists is confirmed via email and at any time you can request to be unsubscribed.

When you join our Allocation or Mailing lists, place an order, request a tasting, or contact us for other similar business purposes, we may collect personally identifiable information about you, including your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and credit card information. Your information will remain the property of Larkmead Vineyards and will not be shared at ANY TIME without additional opt-in permission as contacted by Larkmead staff.

Our Site is not intended for people under the legal drinking age of 21. We do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information from or about individuals under the age of 21. In the event of any conflict between the Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum and the Privacy Policy in relation to the subject matter provided herein, the Text Messaging Privacy Policy Addendum shall take precedent.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You will receive messages with info, promotions, and offers to the number(s) you have provided, including use of an automated system.
